UNIVERSITY HEALTH CHANGING A NAME AND A COMMUNITY’S PERCEPTION
For over a century, Truman Medical Centers has stood as Kansas City’s most historic healthcare organization. With its name came a reputation around town as the essential hospital – serving as a safety net for only the indigent. But that didn’t tell the whole story of what its caregivers and employees did for the community. It also didn’t reinforce that it was an academic medical center.
MBB partnered alongside them to reintroduce the organization as University Health (UH). We worked to reposition the brand as the destination for all of Kansas City to receive leading academic care.
